Design Process, Now How Does This Look?

28 Aug Design Process, Now How Does This Look?

For those that enter into the design process and are visually challenged to see how all the elements are going to come together, computers come to the rescue once again. After looking at hundreds of stone samples, cabinet faces and then even laying out next to elevation drawings one might still be in a quandary as to how it is really going to look. In the old days, hand painted renderings would have been done for clients at an large up charge. Today, as part of the computerized world we can take an elevation drawing and drop in the colors and cabinetry styles to get a little closer idea as to how it will all come together. Below are a couple of samples of the drawing vs the finished photographed product.

The computer renderings still take a great deal of time but the accuracy and the detail is amazing. There is still no special one button approach and a lot of time and care go into making the elements of a design drop into the overall plan but the results for the client are worth while.
